Information you choose to send us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we may receive the contact information and message details you choose to provide so we can respond, route a correction, or handle a compliance inquiry.

Please do not send: EBT PINs, benefit-account passwords, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or full identity / eligibility documents. GovtFreeLaptops.com does not process laptop applications.
03

Site features, cookies and technical requests

The current site code does not provide user accounts, payment processing, document uploads, or a publisher-operated laptop application form. The browser readiness and local-resource features operate in the page and are not designed to transmit benefit documents to us.

The current edition does not intentionally load third-party advertising or analytics scripts from our page templates. When publicly hosted, infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested URLs, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

04

External providers and third-party links

When you leave GovtFreeLaptops.com for another organization, that organization controls its own forms, cookies, accounts, payment systems, document uploads, and privacy practices. Review the destination's privacy notice before submitting personal information.

We do not control how an external provider stores or uses information you submit directly to it.

05

Security and retention

We use reasonable publishing and access controls appropriate to the site, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Email is not an appropriate channel for sensitive benefits or identity records.

Contact correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, document a correction or compliance matter, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Hosting providers may apply their own security-log retention practices.

06

Children's privacy

This site is a general consumer information resource and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or actual program provider should handle any application process involving a minor.

07
